Our Parent Login Portal makes it easy for families to manage every aspect of their tutoring services in one convenient location. Through TutorBird, parents can view upcoming sessions, track student progress, communicate with tutors, make payments, and access important account information.
The Parent Login Portal allows families to quickly and easily manage their tutoring account. Parents can view scheduled sessions, cancel appointments when needed, review tutor notes, and monitor their student’s progress over time. This helps families stay informed and involved throughout the learning process.
Families can make payments directly through the Parent Login Portal using TutorBird. Monthly payment plans are processed on the first of each month, while weekly payment plans are processed each Saturday. The system also allows parents to set up automatic payments for added convenience.
If your family is using ESA or scholarship funds, quarterly invoices must be submitted according to your program’s requirements. After submitting your reimbursement request, please provide our team with a screenshot of your receipt for documentation purposes.
One of the most valuable features of the Parent Login Portal is the ability to review session notes from your tutor. These notes provide insight into what was covered during each session, student progress, areas of growth, and recommended next steps. This allows parents to stay connected to their child’s educational journey.
